Throughout my formative years, I loved the buzz drama gave me. I experienced first hand the powerful effect drama has on personal development and this experience continues to fuel my passion today. My former career, initially as an apprentice engineer and then in the relationship management sector of commercial banking, fuse together an innate understanding of work-based learning, the power of continued personal development and total commitment to all my clients. Together, these have enabled me to build up a large and loyal client base across the UK. I have a consultative and supportive approach to help identify client needs in the educational, private and public sectors. I'm proud of the wealth of sector knowledge, which filtrates into quality, ‘on message’ behavioural change workshops for every target audience.
