Graham started Kanyana Engineering in 1997 along with his wife Sharon based in the Peel Region of Western Australia, Kanyana is well known across all industries from Construction & Infrastructure, Electrical, Agriculture, Government & Council, Industrial, Mining and the Art sector, working with all metals from stainless to copper and everything in between for over 23 years. The name "Kanyana" originated in the Peel region in 1965; with an Aboriginal meaning of "a gathering of people". Kanyana’s main success lies with their ever-involving investments in high tech manufacturing always staying ahead of rest. Being the first to introduce the 10kw Fiber laser 3 years ago to WA and only the 3rd in Australia at that time. Along with their laser cutting services Kanyana offers complete sheet metal fabrication and component parts utilising the industries latest and most advanced technologies, supported by superior CAD to CAM MRP solutions to track and trace the complete production process. Managing Director; Graham Dawe believes that Australian Manufacturing has a place in the global market and that this was never more evident than during COVID when Australian Manufacturing was called to step up for the challenge and he believes we all excelled.
