A community relations practitioner in the extractive minerals and resources industry, with very strong competencies in delivery of corporate social responsibility practice initiatives. 20 years experience in management positions with Government, non-Government and Aboriginal organisations, and corporate business. 20 years cumulative experience as a classroom practitioner and Education Administrator, with highly developed skills in outcomes based program planning and delivery. Extensive experience working in sensitive cross-cultural contexts and in remote communities across northern and central Australia. Key Strengths:• Community consultation, negotiation and development planning, • Strategic planning, project co-ordination and delivery, and remote area servicing,• Financial management and organizational administration.• Extensive experience working with Indigenous communities and their partners in a wide range of land use and management issues. • Specialised knowledge and experience in the negotiation and implementing of Indigenous Land Use Agreements, and other community and commercial agreements.
