Graham Easey is currently a Solution Architect \ Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Franklin Templeton. As Solution Architect I hold a senior level technical contributor position and lead Proofs of Concepts, perform architecture design and delivery of infrastructure and technology services. I am an authoritative resource in process and technology matters related to many domain(s) of service. I establish and follow a consistent technical and/or process direction in alignment with an Enterprise Architecture Strategy that aligns business challenges with technology solutions. I lead the definition of strategies and roadmaps for multiple individual domains and articulate the interdependencies across the enterprise. My scope of work includes defining the architecture for multiple products, applications or sub-services in a solution set. I am responsible for the delivery of framework artifacts including easily communicated graphic representations as well as providing direction to other technology and support teams. I apply my knowledge and expertise in several technology and/or process areas as consultant to Executive staff and cross-functional teams from business and technology groups. I act as a liaison between infrastructure, application, and business strategy owners to ensure consistency of requirements, goals, and integrated solutions that align with longer term strategies. This includes educating internal and external partners on specific domain architecture(s), participating in strategic business planning processes, providing a technology perspective and feedback on business strategies to the architecture community as well as Infrastructure and Application Development teams. I provide leadership as a mentor to engineers and other technology professionals and represent the domain or service architecture perspective in various forums. I act as an escalation point for complex production problems, perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.to the architecture community and Infrastructure and Application Development teams.
