Graham has over 12 years experience in Technical Project Management specialising in delivery of Data Management, Enterprise Application Integration and Geographic Information System projects predominantly with large utility, telecommunications, transport and government clients including Department for Communities and Local Government, Transport for London, Southern Water, Scottish Power, Cable & Wireless and the Environment Agency. He has strong technical and commercial project management skills - controlling costs and scheduling, issue and risk management, resource management, reporting progress (at all levels) and change control management - gained whilst working on both client assignments and managing a small software development company. He has good experience of balancing different stakeholder needs and priorities, while keeping projects on track and in scope. On behalf of clients, he has managed outsource suppliers to successfully procure, deliver, deploy and support COTS solutions, data migration, bespoke software applications and systems integration between back office systems. This includes the management of IBM for Cable & Wireless, and Unisys for Southern Water. His approach is to develop strong relationships and contacts gaining mutual trust and respect, supported by thorough project management and commercial controls. Graham is very motivated, thorough and has demonstrated a determination to see IT projects through to successful completion, on time and within budget.
