About Graham Paulsen Ispr

Graham is an experienced leader with over 10 years of expertise, the bulk of which was acquired at South Africa's largest specialist recruitment firm. He has grown and lead teams across the Finance, IT and Risk fields and received various awards and accolades as a recruitment specialist and manager before going on to assume the accountability for the entire People function at Makosi. He holds a BCom Marketing Management from the University of Pretoria and an ISPr designation with APSO. Graham was instrumental in building the financial services capability of Network Finance into a market-leading full-service suite that can deliver solutions across the Finance, Actuarial, Quantitative and Prudential Risk niches. More recently, he joined Makosi in the role of Talent Acquisition Manager leading a multi-disciplinary team of talent specialists focused on securing international audit opportunities for Chartered Accountants. They are also changing the face of the Transaction Advisory field and are poised to disrupt the current status quo. At Makosi, he built out the entire recruitment capability that allowed the organisation to scale to 1200 staff in less than 3 months but has now assumed the COO People role leading he entire People capability.
