Graham has over 20 years of senior and executive level experience across Banking, Finance, Utilities and Human Services leading large scale customer service delivery, technology and organisational transformation, strategic and financial planning, commercial governance and change management.With a strongly people centric leadership philosophy, he is passionate about building achievement orientated and collaborative culture in organisations which make a difference to the progress of our community. He has held roles establishing progressive commercial governance structures, operating models and strategies for state-wide critical infrastructure service delivery. He has led cultural transformation, uplift and integration of large teams and delivered leading approaches for scaled technology adoption and innovation in complex operating environments.As a GAICD and Chartered Accountant, at board level Graham is passionate about transparent, and values driven decision making and has implemented contemporary governance structures which foster innovation and manage risk in rapidly evolving and highly complex sectors.
