During my time as a Mechanical Supervisor, I contributed to both the Locomotive and Railcar departments at Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC). My role involved managing repair and maintenance work orders for the fleet, which required developing a deep understanding of rail equipment mechanics, equipment procurement, commodities tracking, hazardous materials identification, and train scheduling. These responsibilities ensured that the fleet remained in optimal condition for smooth operations across North America, supported by a skilled team of employees and mechanics. I also gained valuable experience as a General Manager at Stone Art Sandblasting, where I refined my leadership and business management skills. In this position, I oversaw contract acquisitions for residential and commercial projects, sourced equipment, handled administrative processes like billing and permitting, managed recruitment, scheduled employees, and coordinated project logistics. This experience equipped me with a diverse skill set to take on critical tasks that drive business growth and optimize operational workflows.
