It took me over a decade in the mortgage business to identify how I wanted to change the mortgage industry and grow my business. The focus I landed on can be summed up in one word."SPEED". The mortgage world is not sexy. No one "wants" a mortgage. Though a mortgage is a tool it can also be a necessary evil. Consumers don't want a mortgage, they want a house. They don't want a mortgage they want more cashflow. The mortgage is a friction point to the end goal. What's one way to reduce the friction on a mortgage transaction? Get in and out as quickly as possibly. SPEED! Our main focus is working with well qualified consumers to help them get to their end goals as quickly as possible. We create content and are a resource to all consumers so that we can either provide great service for them or refer them to someone who can help them. Video and content creation on social platforms is something we focus on greatly. Whether we work with the viewer or not, we want to provide great value in our content.
