About Grant Bailey

Futuristic | Achiever | Relator | Responsibility | Communicative I entered the work force as a 10 year-old when I began a detasseling career. This developed the mentality in myself to work hard. The idea of earning compensation and working harder than the people next to me served as motivation to return the following seasons. Working different restaurant jobs throughout my high school career gave me a rugged work ethic leading into my Architectural studies at kansas state university. Working my fist college summers at an internship with Sark Construction, I climbed up the rungs as a project superintendent with this same mindset, and learned the workings of construction and project overseeing. Following my education I had the honors of working 2 great careers with Clark and Enersen as well as Erickson Sullivan Architects. Following with obtaining my master’s degree at Kansas State University. After my education was completed, I started full time with Kiewit in Lenexa Ks and will continue this career as I work my way through my architectural licensure.
