I am a dynamic and passionate leader with a strong focus on remote infrastructure monitoring, drone-based data collection and applied AI. My passion for leading visionary change is increasingly driven by innovations in advanced drone technology, methods and application. I recognize the importance of qualitative data-driven decision-making and motivating key stakeholders to participate in and support change programs, particularly those in the most senior leadership positions. This passion has led me to formulate a repeatable methodology for business model design, organizational change management and consensus-based decision-making that embodies best-practices in visualization, opportunity valuation, formation of leading and lagging key performance indicators, program design and group facilitation. I have enjoyed the opportunity of applying this passion in the completion of 100's of innovative engagements with client partners in virtually all sectors, one of the most recent is the development of TrackSense, a fully integrated maintenance-of-way solution for the railway industry. TrackSense utilizes the most recent innovations in the fields of geospatial data science, application of drone technology for data collection and predictive analytics. I am confident working in both the public and private sectors and virtually all major industries with a particular focus on supply chain, finance, manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications and healthcare. Along with my business and change management passion, I have maintained currency in program and project management methodologies, transformative technologies, advanced materials, and Agile systems development. I am regularly asked to provide leadership in terms of the alignment of organizational, process and technology change. I am highly mobile and have a well-balanced blend of international experience including living and working in Canada, the US, the UK and Europe. All of his experience is complimented with enthusiasm, the willingness to listen and learn, and a desire to create and work in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
