I am responsible for leading a group of industry experts who assist our clients with their property needs: whether it be strata or property management, or buying/selling or leasing property.I am a Director of the Beaumont Property Group, that includes leading brands: Coutts. Beaumont Strata Management, Waratah Strata, Norwest Commercial & Industrial and BPG Commercial Finance.We have presence across the Sydney metropolitan area and the Central Coast.My background is in accounting and tax, which has served as an advantage in many of my business dealings over the years. I have a thorough understanding of business (particularly in the real estate industry) given the majority of my former clients were involved in property investment, development or agency. As the director, one of my main areas of focus is on strategy. With over 120 staff across the offices, coupled with a large number of property and strata managements under our care, my role is to execute our ambitious plans to grow the businesses. Accordingly, I am very often involved in discussions with potential business partners and would welcome the opportunity to discuss how we might be able to work with other individuals and organisations.One of my passions is continual improvement and the adoption of technology to improve the customer experience. In recent years, we have undertaken a large number of projects to automate and improve efficiency, and continue to do so. Our business has changed tremendously as we have adopted the best practices in the last 19 years and I am excited about what the future will produce. I am passionate about improving professional standards in the industry, which is why I am a proud board member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales, with specific focus on commercial real estate and strata.
