About Grant Beeman

Through my positions at several software companies, I have experience onboarding customers, troubleshooting issues, training users, and managing data. I managed projects that installed new products on client servers, trained new users, and suggested new company solutions to client business needs. When issues arose, I used my product expertise to troubleshoot and document customer concerns. I then passed on customer feedback to Development where that information was used to improve existing software, develop new products, and fix any issues. I corresponded with customers via phone, webcam, and email. I quickly identified customer needs and escalated issues that needed supervisory attention. I was responsible for 300 trainings and over installs during my time at Reynolds. I was asked to join a special team that handled customer data issues resulting from changes in business structures. I am courteous and friendly with all customers and have excelled at deescalating situations with upset customers. I am looking for a position that has room for growth and an environment that encourages forward thinking. I look forward to helping a company develop products and reach new and higher goals.
