I have a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and a Graduate Diploma in Portfolio Management, as well as multiple patents and honors in the IT and telecommunications industry. I am constantly creating documentation to drive the innovation in the Manager Services field. My passion is for customer "adoption" of new technology, helping them to passionate understand the varied use cases to create a deeper understanding of the benefits in their day to day work-life. My mission is to grow managed services, software, and professional services with Lenovo business partners globally, delivering software-led and cloud solutions enablement to the channel. Upsell device as-a-service and project-oriented services initiatives and enable strategic channels for SMB and enterprise parters and their customers and as-a-service product offerings. In my previous roles, I have tripled services sales revenue and doubled gross margin for managed e-commerce platforms for the world's top 80 telecommunications providers and retailers, and led internal outsourcing and staff relocations for a global cloud platform.As a leader, I have had over 500 staff reporting to me, across regional and international locations.
