Having secured a degree with honors in International Business, I utilize my understanding of negotiation and economics to exceed my client’s expectations. Additionally, my years of working in fine dining have been invaluable for developing interpersonal skills. At the end of the day, it all comes down to how we connect with and understand each other as people. As a listing agent, I understand how to craft a deal for the most money, using traditional and creative financing options most agents simply don’t take the time to understand. I'm available to help with any residential real estate needs in Virginia and Washington DC, and also focus on helping families who are going through the probate process by serving as an advocate and facilitator in any capacity needed.
