About Grant Davis

With over 10 years of law enforcement experience, I am an Accreditation Manager and Deputy Sheriff at Augusta County Sheriff's Office, where I oversee the compliance and quality standards of the agency. I was fortunate enough to be in a position to lead the agency to receive its first Accreditation Award since 2015 and earning the Distinguished Service Medal for meritorious service. In addition to my role as Accreditation Manager, I maintain and review logistics, technology, policy review, and operation as a UAS Pilot/ Drone Team Leader and as an operator on the SWAT Team. I frequently lead trainings as a DCJS Certified Firearms Instructor, ASP Baton Instructor, and trainings involving Decision Making/Use of Force. I am passionate about enhancing the security and safety of our community and our nation, and I leverage state-of-the-art technology, UAVs, and robotics to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. I excel at managing complex logistics, technology integration, and legal and policy compliance. I am a motivated independent worker and a collaborative team player, with a high level of adaptability and a results-driven approach.
