About Grant Doyle

As a UX writer and content designer, I help research, map, test, design and create digital content that is quickly found, easily understood, and where applicable, acted upon by. With more than 20 years of experience in the digital content field, I have worked across multiple industries and sectors, both as a freelancer and in-house contractor/consultant, solving content challenges and conundrums in various contexts and platforms. My core competencies include content design, UX writing, content strategy, accessibility and inclusive design, data analysis, user research, journey mapping, content management, SEO, content migration, AEM, Drupal, and design thinking. I also have a Master of Arts in Writing, a Graduate Certificate in Network Publishing, and multiple micro credentials in content design, UX writing, AI prompt engineering, and human-centred design. Additionally, I present several writing workshops, either independently, or via the Australian Writers' Centre. These include Writing for Web and Mobile, Plain English Business Writing, and Editing Essentials. I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of digital content, and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
