About Grant Ely

People. They are the most important resource of an organization. Therefore, as a Human Resources student, I am committed to helping others achieve growth and success in their careers. Currently, I am doing this by helping students achieve success by utilizing effective communication skills to advise students as an RA. Furthermore, I also keep them safe by resolving residence issues using problem solving skills and using situational awareness to perform safety rounds. At the same time, I also serve as an Advising Assistant at Rocket Solution Central to advise students on various topics, primarily financial aid, utilizing my organizational and customer service skills.Previously, I had helped others by serving as an instructor to teach martial arts, using time management and organizational skills to create lesson plans, as well as initiative to execute them. Moreover, I had the fantastic opportunity to collaborate with 3 other instructors to ensure that the students were learning self-defense effectively.When I graduate in December of 2022, I am looking forward to serving employees and employers alike in the HR field.
