About Grant Frederick

With a passion for business and customer service, I have completed a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration at Mercy College of Ohio, while working as an Assistant Manager at Saum's Market and a RAD Assistant at Mercy Health. I have an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Owens Community College, which gives me a solid foundation in the medical field. I am currently in graduate school at Youngstown State University, pursing a master's degree in business management. As an Assistant Manager, I manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, provide excellent customer service, and balance daily books and monthly reports. As a RAD Assistant, I transport patients to the Radiology department, collaborate with patients and doctors, and provide backup assistance in the emergency department. I am highly skilled in multi-tasking, resolving issues, and identifying customer needs. I am also a strong communicator, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational vision and goals. My areas of expertise include team leadership, healthcare operations, relationship building, office administration, report generation, patient interactions, time management, problem solving, and process improvement. I am adaptable, efficient, innovative, proactive, and organized. My goal is to leverage my skills and education to advance my career in the business industry and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
