I am a multi-disciplined Creative Services Director, Creative Artworker, Retoucher, Designer & Photographer that has worked across both the public and private sectors ranging from PR, branding, marketing, advertising, pharmaceuticals, real estate, fashion, technology, retail, B2C and B2B. I have experience both with in-house and external client facing agencies. I am a personable character that thrives under pressure. I have a great understanding of navigating client team politics, prioritising and balancing individuals requests and needs on a professional and personal level. I regularly re-evaluate processes and have learnt how to balance constraints and freedoms to achieve the best end result. I have creative experience working and presenting on pitches, concept visualisation, initial presentations, both WIP and final digital/print executions, photoshoots, videoshoots, post production including retouching and artworking. I am also responsible for Quality Assurance, leading a culture of creative responsibility and ownership.
