Innovation, strategy, planning, and analytics have been at the forefront of my strengths and success in all my positions across different industries. My diverse experience ranges from analyzing customer data to drive improvements to increase sales in the Retail industry, to integrating an agile planning & analytics system to achieve operational excellence and provide best in class customer experience for the Energy & Utilities industry, to developing a data analytics system to monitor KPI data, identify insights, and drive solutions that improved service, quality, cost, and speed in the Manufacturing industry. Being analytical and a planner, I breakdown complexity into relevant patterns to determine the best route forward. I will listen, observe, brainstorm, and analyze to help identify critical factors, predict potential obstacles, and play out multiple scenarios. Finally, I will use logic and the organization’s purpose to help determine the ideal priority for growth and success. When it comes to ideas and concepts in complex systems, one size fits all will not work long-term. I have a natural ability to understand any idea or concept and effectively adapt it for optimal integration into a team or across the organization for long-term benefits. I will also see the big picture (like a completed puzzle) and how it aligns with the day to day activities (like puzzle pieces) to create the most cohesive integrated system. I am an effective coach with proven success engaging and collaborating with teammates at all levels of an organization. People and diversity are the key to success. Therefore, I cultivate an inclusive team culture through individualization, growing the diverse strengths of each person to reach their full potential within the team. My strength in responsibility drives my commitment to the values of trust and honesty to build a strong foundation of integrity. I am regularly complimented on my ability to stay calm under pressure. In fact, I enjoy and excel in high-pressure situations. I am also proficient at influencing change, my colleagues even dubbed me the ninja persuader. I ask questions, apply principles, and utilize logic to gain the alignment, support, and commitment of the team to deliver win/win outcomes. As a lifetime learner, my never-ending thirst for personal growth and development allows me to thrive in a diverse and dynamic work environment. What I know today pales in comparison to what I am excited to learn and drive to action tomorrow.
