I am a global supply chain and logistics expert whose job it is to transform an organization’s supply chain. I work with companies who are struggling to control supply chain costs, who want to develop a strong, collaborative supply chain team and who need to identify the key issues that are hindering both growth and profitability. I help them to target and lower supply chain costs, identify and develop talent to build a high-performing supply chain team and drive growth and profitability by resolving every-day business problems and implementing robust processes. My manufacturing and logistics industry background includes Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG,) Retail, Third Party Logistics, Direct Mail, Print and POP signage, Not for Profit Charity and Industrial Supplies. Experienced in international strategic sourcing, LEAN thinking, Six Sigma and KAIZEN, distribution & transportation network optimization, inventory control, forecasting & demand planning.
