As a private equity operations and supply chain leader, I drive value creation and operational efficiency throughout portfolio companies. I am motivated each day by a strong desire to better myself by learning something new, positively impacting those around me, and growing as a better husband, father, and friend. I am passionate about Continuous Improvement and problem-solving. With a foundation in military precision and a passion for operational improvement, I bring a disciplined, data-driven, and people-focused approach to advancing organizational performance in dynamic environments. I believe in the power of leadership and culture to build high-performing teams. I graduated from Vanderbilt University and the United States Military Academy at West Point with distinction, earning the degrees of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS), respectively. I aim to continue building and leading organizations, delivering greater value, impact, and success.
