About Grant Leininger

CliftonStrengths: Restorative, Individualization, Adaptability, Intellection, Empathy A University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate with a bachelor's degree of Science in Business Administration. I have a focus in marketing and an English minor. I have always enjoyed blending my love of writing and reading into my business studies throughout school. I have worked as a library aide at two different locations where I have learned the ins and outs of these systems. Through these positions I have greatly increased my organizational skills as well as developed an acute eye for keeping track of small details. Along with these positions I have worked as a club instructor with Lincoln Public Schools to assist with the dungeons and dragons club at Lincoln Northeast High School. I had a blast engaging with students and creating games to run with them each week. I also worked in retail at Target shortly as I finished my college degree on the food and beverage team, specifically produce. However, I have learned the tasks required of bakery, deli, and grocery as well. Currently, I am a new hire at Hyland Software where I will be a Cloud Support Analyst. I will be helping troubleshoot their flagship product OnBase as well as other products and assisting clients with their many needs.
