Grant is a Manager in Deloitte's Human Capital Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring practice. Grant has extensive cross-border HR M&A experience across the transaction life cycle, ranging from pre & post day 1 planning and execution, to operating model and organizational design, to workforce transition planning, and change management. Grant has supported transactions across a number of industries, including: TMT, FSI, ER & I, and LSHC. Prior to Deloitte, Grant worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific where he participated in a global leadership development rotational program. and then as a senior analyst. Grant garnered a number of rich experiences ranging from HRBP responsibilities, to working in and across Europe to help implement cost savings and foot print optimization programs, integrating acquisitions and harmonizing benefits plans, and beyond.
