About Grant M.

I am a motivated training professional who has developed a passion for teaching and helping others in their aviation career development. I continue to advance this passion as a T-6 Civilian Simulator Instructor molding the USAF’s next generation of aviators. I have over eighteen years of aviation experience with more than 3,100 hours total flying time and more than 800 instructor hours in both Command & Control and Trainer aircraft. I also have ten years of experience in program management and five years in training management. I have led teams in developing clear strategies and objectives, providing targeted training, and maintaining compliance standards to achieve organizational and team success. I have been recognized as the best out of 75 of my peers and am also recognized as a subject matter expert on aviation training programs. I have led military combat operations across the globe and sustained a flawless safety record while ensuring 100% accountability for over of resources. I have spent the past five years working in an ever-changing environment where innovation has been at the forefront of daily operations that are having impacts across military aviation and the world. I know how to work together with clients to define targeted objectives and develop a course of action to achieve common goals. I have the ability to work under stressful and evolving conditions to still complete the desired objectives.
