Nine years as a missile guidance and control technician in the USAF including two years as a cadet at the USAF Academy. 15 years experience in engineering mostly involved with inertial navigation systems but have worked as a microwave ferrites device engineer, a Fleet Operational Accuracy Check Site engineer for the Operations and Maintenance Contractor at the Naval Undersea Test and Evaluation Center in the Bahamas, an instrumentation engineer for the Engineering Services and Technical Support Contractor at the Eglin AFB Southeast Test and Training Area, a production engineer on a satellite program, and space station electrical power system engineer for the Payload Ground Operations Contract at Kennedy Space Center. Currently working at NAS Jacksonville. 25 years experience in education as an aviation gound school instructor, flight instructor, adjunct instructor for three universities, vocational education instructor and school administrator, middle and high school math teacher, college administration, and training management.
