About Grant Montgomery

I have spent 4 years doing financial analysis for one of the biggest insurers in the country. I was Subject Matter Expert when my company transitioned from JIRA to Azure Dev Ops. I continue to be Subject Matter Expert in various taxes, fees, and surcharges required by state and local governments. My team is unique in that we are concerned with not just monies coming into the company, but also how and why the insurance company charges a consumer a specific amount. In many cases involving monies, IT cannot move forward without my approval of their proposed changes.My analytical experience would make me a valuable member of any back-end, pre-production team. My financial experience would make me an excellent addition to a financial department of any company. My team has proven over 3 years that we are productive in a remote-working environment, and we have never missed a deadline in our recent shared pandemic situation. I am looking to continue to work remotely, and have spent considerable cost upgrading my home office to be ideal.Personally, I'm a huge fan of baseball, music, and long hikes in the mountains. I've been married to a wonderful wife for 8 years, and we enjoy a modest home in Central Georgia with our cats.I am a strong team member and a strong project leader. I can change tasks on a whim, and can organize a group for great results. I would make a great addition to any analytical team.
