About Grant Morgan

Over 18 years of experience partnering with our business leaders to build capability in people and effectiveness in the organisation. Passionate about increasing business performance and the productivity of people by aligning the work of the HR function and leaders toward achieving business outcomes and opportunities. Advising the business in all areas of HR is the key to my success as is the relationships that I build by supporting managers and their teams in making informed people decisions. As a HR Business Partner and member of the Senior Leadership Team I still enjoy the everyday communication with all employees from the shop floor to the Executive Team. Our people are the most important part of the business. From working with our apprentices, Industry Partner Schools and the Clontarf Foundation, the enjoyment I get from young people succeeding is immense. As part of this I am the Deputy Chair Person of Sevenoaks Senior High School as a industry representative working with the school to help achieve outcomes for their students.
