My professional career to date has allowed me to develop a broad range of leadership and management skills, enhanced by a wide variety of domestic and international employment opportunities. Through this experience I have developed into a results-orientated person, with an ability to apply vision, strategic problem solving techniques and common sense to achieve desired outcomes, particularly in the ‘people space’. My strengths include proven leadership ability, learning and development nous, coaching competence, operationalising strategy, human resource management skills, financial management skills, project management experience, and planning and reporting skills. I’m all about helping people reach their full potential, professionally and personally. I’ve also been told I’m a nice person, which is actually my best achievement.
