About Grant Niewinski

As the Director of Business Development at Medical Component Specialists (MCS), I am responsible for growing the revenue, expanding the brand, and finding strategic opportunities for the organization in the medical device manufacturing industry. I have over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, with more than 15 years in a management role and in international markets. I am a board member and part of the senior leadership team at MCS, reporting directly to the owner and managing OEM accounts, reps, and our global business. I am passionate about developing value-based engineered solutions and building long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at multiple levels of a corporation. I am trained and use Miller Heiman strategic selling strategies to deliver results and exceed expectations. I have a proven track record of increasing sales growth, launching new products and teams, and creating and implementing effective marketing plans. I have also published a guide on the technical knowledge of specialty metals, ceramics, and polymers used by orthopedic implant engineers and designers. I am fluent in English and French, and hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Behavior Science from National-Louis University.
