About Grant Olson

Teamwork and competition have always been driving motivators for me. Whether it be in sales, my upper division Liberal Arts Honors classes, or on the basketball court, I am always pushed to do my best when I realize there are outcomes at stake and I have the potential to help my team. I have a track record of success in these types of roles as well. During my first year at Simpli.fi, I was one of the first two SDRs in my company (Simpli.fi)'s history. I exceeded quota each month, was promoted to a Sales Director after 6 months, and helped develop sales tools/processes that would define the SDR role at Simpli.fi. After promotion, we onboarded 30 + new SDRs. During my second and third years, I recorded the highest closing percentage on my team for SDR leads at 40% as a director. Further, I helped onboard 53 new billing orgs to the SMB division. I maintained excellent growth month over month especially during the political season in fall/winter 2022. In a team of 200 individual contributors at Simpli.fi, I was top 3 in overall activity on our primary sales tool salesloft. I was also part of the SMB division being the fastest growing in Simpli.fi. I recently was recruited to join Vibe.co as an account executive and am very excited to drive growth for the company in the CTV space.
