A Project Manager who has worked on major multifaceted projects with budgets of up to $25M contributing in a capacity as a project manager within the lead group. Whereas, smaller to mid-sized projects with budgets up to $5M or more, full ownership and the lead in all the projects’ associated activities. Grant is an adaptive Project Manager with experience in both client side Project Manager and construction side Project Manager with direct involvement managing sub-contractors on a daily basis. An accomplished professional equipped with over 25+ years of progressively responsible experience in the field of managing projects. Budget conscious and detail orientated with a proven track record of ensuring cost effectiveness and timely project completion where the organisation (client) has benefited greatly. These acquired skill-sets and a diligence, no matter how complex or deadline orientated the projects may be, through efficiency and effectiveness gained from years of experience is now supplemented by the completion of the PMI: Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 courses. Grant is a proactive problem solver who efficiently addresses and resolves issues as they arise such as potential extensions to project timetables or ensuing increased costs. He is an articulate communicator who offers strong writing, presentation, and negotiation skills as well as demonstrated abilities in interacting with a diverse range of representatives when collaborating on projects ranging from company executives & senior management to the project workforce – all to achieve best possible outcomes related to business requirements and expenditure. Capable ability to lead and mentor project teams through the complete project life-cycle from inception to completion.
