About Grant Paschke

I live to to do three things: talk, think, and learn. I primarily do this through estate and trust planning and administration. I'm always thinking about how to transfer what you've spent a lifetime building to those you built it for in the most efficient way possible. To me, efficiency in wealth transfer is about hassle, costs, and avoiding and managing conflict while maximizing the long-term financial viability of your assets and they benefits they can confer on your loved ones. I see massive hassle, massive costs, and massive conflict on a regular basis because of inadequate planning and maintenance of estate plans. often times the inadequacy is really just non-existence. I tell my clients that you cannot be both wealthy and careless. You can't have wealth and then leave conflict and ruin for those you leave behind through carelessness, but it happens every day. I don't blame people, I blame lawyers. Imagine having a service that everyone needs and then not adequately educating the public. I have a duty to my clients and my future clients to fully educate them so that they can adequately care for their families through thoughtful and comprehensive estate planning. It's easy.
