About Grant Polk

As a Construction Manager at Lennar, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, I oversee the entire construction process of multiple commercial residential projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. I manage the budget, schedule, materials, subcontractors, and inspections, and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase. I have a strong background in communication and media studies, which helps me communicate effectively with various stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, engineers, architects, and city officials. I also have a passion for safety, which motivated me to pursue a Master's degree in this field at Eastern Kentucky University. I apply the knowledge and skills I learn from this program to enhance the safety culture and performance of my team and organization. My goal is to become a certified safety professional and a leader in the construction industry.
