This required taking initiative to learn what was needed to be an asset to my customers and colleagues. I strive to be a resource to others, solving problems or providing information to spur solution development. I have become the “go-to person” in every position and continue to grow my knowledge base daily.SERVICE FOCUSED PROBLEM SOLVERI will go out of my way to ensure that customers’ projects stay on schedule and stay within budget. Oftentimes that means working on technical solutions with the customer and providing alternatives that will deliver better outcomes. My goal is always to make the project a success and the customer’s interaction with the company positive. If there is a gap that needs filling, I fill it. From sourcing difficult products and driving to the site to deliver it, to creating a training program for new hires, to facilitating training programs for other employees, I identify what needs to be done and I get it done. The thrill of solving difficult challenges drives and empowers me to succeed.LEADERSHIPWith a focus on service, I lead by example. I like to inspire my colleagues and teammates to problem solve. I have shown leadership in every position I have held by improving processes, pursuing additional training and always looking for ways to be a valuable resource to the customer.I am proud to be revered as a trusted resource and partner by customers and coworkers alike. I pride myself in being a resource in improvements to internal operations. I have excelled throughout my career with little outside guidance and training.
