About Grant Sundbye

I will be graduating from Baker University in May of 2015, and am currently looking at several jobs teaching English overseas for the 2015-2016 school year. I've spend my entire life in Kansas and am extremely excited to have the opportunity to get out there and see more of the world. I just finished up getting my TEFL certification through the International TEFL and TESOL Institute, and plan on spending the next few years teaching and traveling. As far as my ultimate goals go, my dream is to be a professional musician/sound engineer/music producer. Despite not obtaining my degree in music, I have done a significant amount of study on my own time as well as with professors on campus through individual guitar lessons. I have a solid understanding of music theory and have written and recorded several original songs. Music is my biggest passion in life and has had a huge influence on shaping the person I am today. Regardless of where I end up, my goal is to lead a creative, inspired, adventurous life that positively impacts others.
