About Grant Sutherland

Grant is both a Licensed Estate Agent and a Certified Practising Valuer. He is a member of the Commercial Property Agents branch of the Real Estate Institute and is a past Chairman of the Australian Property Institute’s Victorian Major Events Board. Grant has also been a Guest Lecturer in Property at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. During his career, Grant has developed expertise in the marketing and valuation of a wide range of property types, including extensive commercial and industrial properties, multi-unit residential developments and specialised properties such as partially completed development projects.
