About Gratsiela Grigorova

It all started with a deep curiosity about people—what drives them, how they grow, and how they find meaning in their work. That curiosity naturally led me into the world of HR. I'm an HR professional who loves working on projects that bring people and business together—whether it's through recruitment, building business academy programs, running trainee initiatives, or organizing assessment centers for future leaders in Sales, Trade, Marketing, and Logistics. But my story isn’t just about work. I’m also a proud and joyful mum of a little boy who teaches me daily lessons in patience, presence, and the art of balance. Balancing a career and motherhood isn’t always easy, but it’s made me more grounded and intentional in everything I do. Outside of work, I’m a seeker—drawn to psychology, human behavior, yoga, and Eastern philosophy. These interests shape the way I connect with people and show up in both life and work. One of the chapters I’m most proud of is becoming a mentor in Mentor the Young—a decision that felt like coming full circle. Sharing knowledge and supporting young people as they find their way in the world has become one of the most meaningful parts of my journey. At the heart of it all, my passion is simple: helping people find their place, and helping businesses find the right people—especially in the ever-evolving world of Retail.
