About Grayson Dillard

I am a Business student pursuing dual interests in Marketing and Real Estate, with a focus on strategic analysis and market-driven decision making. I am particularly interested in how businesses and properties position themselves within competitive markets, and how data and consumer behavior can be translated into effective strategy.Through my experience as Treasurer for WingspanILM, I have developed a strong foundation in organizational leadership, resource allocation, and operational planning. This role has strengthened my ability to think critically, manage responsibilities with precision, and contribute to long-term organizational goals.I am especially drawn to opportunities where I can analyze markets, identify trends, and help guide strategic decisions—whether in a business, marketing, or real estate context. I value clear thinking, attention to detail, and approaching challenges with both a quantitative and big-picture perspective.I am currently seeking opportunities to continue developing my skills in strategic analysis, market research, and business development, while contributing to teams that prioritize thoughtful decision-making and measurable results.
