About Grayson Moore

I have been blessed with the unique opportunity to grow up in one of America's favorite destinations: Williamsburg, Virginia. I have vivid childhood memories of attending the annual Christmas parade on Duke of Gloucester Street, meeting friends for coffee at Aroma's in Colonial Williamsburg and exploring the sunken garden at the College of William and Mary. I cherish experiencing the excitement of reliving history in Colonial Williamsburg, and I am always amazed at how much history there is to learn, and what a cool place this is to live. Real estate is not only a passion of mine, but it is also in my blood! Since my mom Liz started Liz Moore & Associates in 2003, I have been picking up pearls of wisdom about real estate during our family dinner table discussions. In 2007 I began working at Liz Moore & Associates as an administrative assistant, and then I moved to our title company, Lytle Title & Escrow for two years to better understand the settlement process. Finally I spent three summers in our Property Management division, showing property and managing our online presence. In 2016 I graduated from Christopher Newport University with a B.A. in Communication Studies and transitioned into sales in January of 2018. My favorite part of my job is meeting people where they are on their life journeys and helping them with their real estate needs. I work with sellers, buyers and first-time homebuyers. I purchased my first home in November of 2017 and I use my firsthand experience to guide my clients through the process. Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions you will make, and I strive to make that process enjoyable and exciting.
