With over 10 years of experience in the software industry, I am a passionate and skilled UX design leader who specializes in creating user-centric design solutions that enhance productivity and satisfaction. I am currently the UX Design Lead at Michigan Software Labs, a software development company that builds innovative web and mobile applications for clients across various sectors and industries. As the UX Design Lead, I manage, lead, and direct the design strategy, vision, and operations for multiple projects, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, testers, and stakeholders. I also mentor and coach a team of talented UX and UI designers, empowering them to deliver high-quality design outcomes that meet user needs and business goals. Additionally, I leverage my expertise in creative direction, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Suite to craft engaging and elegant user interfaces and visual assets. I am also a certified CrossFit trainer and kettlebell instructor, and I enjoy applying the principles of functional fitness and human performance to my design work.
