Over the past several years, I have worked with both external and internal clients as an IBM Executive Architect, a manager of technical teams, and recently as a leader of the Microsoft Customer Success team, where I was responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy of Microsoft technology implementations and deployments. Consequently, my career aspirations are focused on continuing in management/leadership roles within IT, driving a company digital transformation. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in nurturing #client_relationships, ensuring their journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement is seamless and productive.
