I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #148801) with extensive experience in supporting individuals and families through tailored therapeutic care. Much of my experience includes providing individual and group therapy, family sessions, and psych assessments to clients in both substance use disorder treatment and primary mental health treatment. Additional experience includes a school-based setting, working with adolescents (grades kindergarten through fifth grade) and clients in eating disorder treatment. I am passionate about providing clients with personalized, evidence-based therapy to help them achieve their treatment goals. My approach is grounded in active listening, and I strongly value being highly empathetic and personable. I possess strong interpersonal communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that each client receives the thoughtful and effective care they deserve.
