Seit rund 20 Jahren bin ich als Business Coach und Berater tätig. Dabei unterstütze ich Führungsteams und Geschäftspartner in kleinen und mittelgroßen Betrieben bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von strategischen, organisatorischen und personellen Themen. Unsere Zusammenarbeit führt dazu, dass die Mitglieder des Führungsteams- sich einig sind, wo sie das Unternehmen gemeinsam hinführen möchten und auch zielgerichteter darauf hin arbeiten - sich sowohl einig sind, welche Kultur sie im Unternehmen prägen möchten als auch fähig sind, diese Kultur zu verwirklichen - mehr Klarheit zu ihren jeweiligen Rollen haben und in der Lage sind, diese Rollen zu leben. Unterm Strich werden sie als Führungsteam sowohl effektiver als auch effizienter und es es geht alles leichter von der Hand- I've been working as a business coach and consultant for about 20 years, supporting management teams and business partners in small and medium-sized companies in connection with strategic, organizational and personnel issues. Our work together results in leadership team members - agreeing on where they jointly want to take the company and also working towards that goal with greater focus - Agreeing on the culture they want to encourage within the organization and how they make that happen- Having more clarity about their respective roles and developing their ability to live them. The bottom line is that they become both more effective and more efficient as a leadership team, and find it easier to get things done.
