Walgreens DTR Technician Senior Service Technician: Responsible but not limited to: New store installation, maintenance and repair of satellite installation and maintenance, various HP and Dell computer maintenance installation and repair, IBM's point of sale register hardware and software support, maintenance of various Ademco Security Systems, CCTV installations maintenance troubleshooting and repair, installation maintenance and repair of Various AS400 Servers, in the pharmacy department. I repaired and maintained all pharmacy work stations including, Lexmark Laser Printers, automated pill counters, weight scales and label printers. I also would service Intel’s Blade Servers which are responsible for running pharmacy work stations and POS Systems, various Cisco Routers, switches, Cisco IP Phones. I worked in Chicago Walgreens Depot and I was responsible for bench and field service support on all above-mentioned systems and hardware. I was also responsible for teaching new technicians and managed the Depot operations when the manager was not present. At the Depot in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I was the lead repair for all photo lab maintenance including extensive work on Fuji Photo Lab 340, 350 and 360 chemical automated labs, the HP Touch Smart Kiosks
