About Greg Asejo

I've been in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for over six years. Customer Service and Technical Support are the the posts that are of my expertise. With my recent job experiences, I have also been able to handle teams as part of my responsibility as a Subject Matter Expert from the 2 different companies I have worked with for 2 international accounts. Over the course of my recent job experiences, I was able to hone many different skills. One of which I'm highly proud of, is how I analyze customer's concerns by asking them relevant questions resulting to accurate and long-term resolutions. Aside from the said skill, I was also able to widen my knowledge about the different product services I've learned for the different international accounts I've handled. Also, I've been trained to assist customers via emails, chats, or phone calls. With the previous international contact centers I've worked with in the Philippines, I can say that I absorb new information and apply it to the way I work quicker than others with the same tenure as I have. That resulted into becoming a Subject Matter Expert or being upskilled just a few months after working with the company. With that, I can confidently say that I am coachable and is always eager to learn new things on a daily basis. In this field, there are things that goes out of my control or an incident of which the resolution is not stated on any Knowledge Base Articles provided by the international accounts I've handled. Looking back on my first post in this industry, I can't count the many questions I've asked my previous Supervisors, Managers, and Supports. Through the years, I was able to train my critical-thinking skills that I never thought could be this important back then. After strengthening this skill, I'd like to say that I'm now able to work independently with minimal supervision. There are a lot more I can say about my job experiences. But those I've written are of the skills that I'm proud mostly.
