I have substantial experience with distressed transaction situations (Estate Sales and Short Sales more specifically) and take a lot of joy in helping sellers and buyers through the entire sales process. Im a life long Queens resident. I understand "Queens Logic". So, I know what makes each of it's neighborhoods in the great borough of Queens truly unique. I also work very easily and proficiently in Nassau. Today's market is an interesting one offering great opportunities for both Sellers and Buyers. Sometimes unexpected and unfortunate things happen.
