About Greg Ayala

Greg Ayala is an entrepreneur who is driven by many area's of his life. He is married to his wife Megan, and lives in Auburn, WA. He graduated with his B.A. in Business Management from Northwest University in 2014 and has a passion for leadership and management. He is heavily involved in his Church and is an active volunteer throughout the Kent/ Auburn area. He began his career in sales at Comcast when he was 20 years old. During his first year, he became the top sales person in the state of Washington breaking numerous sales records. He continued to excel at Comcast while he finished his degree. Upon graduation, he took a sales management job at Aero Precision in Tacoma, WA. At Aero Precision, Greg built a sales team from ground up and created it's first ever sales department. During his first 6 months, he was able to triple their current revenue trends and reestablish a declining dealer base. In the two years he spent at Aero Precision, Greg was able to increase sales from 350k a month to over 3 million. He was also able to take a dealer base of 1,500 and grow it to over in less than 2 years. The company would acquire 3 other industry related companies that saw large growth under Greg's leadership. In June of 2016, Greg started as the Managing Director of Icon Real Estate Group. Greg is responsible for the overgrowth growth of Icon and oversee's all of the companies day-to-day operations. Icon is a newly established real estate team that focuses on innovative ways to serve the Greater Seattle-Tacoma Area's real estate needs.
