I have a proven track record in upper management involving recruiting, training and managing employee performance. I possess strong leadership and organizational skills that make me an effective manager capable of inspiring the best performance from a team, overseeing a multitude of tasks simultaneously, and ensuring the on-time delivery of projects. I have a demonstrable history of increasing profitability, streamlining processes and building beneficial customer relationships along with dedication to ensuring the best possible outcome on any project. In my current role as Program Manager I am responsible for the governance, planning, and management of long-term programs, including managing a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical projects that interconnect key healthcare stakeholders to improve patient engagement and outcomes. This position is my first in pharmaceuticals, highlighting my ability to adapt quickly to a new industry, environment or team, learn new skills, and apply my varied expertise in different industries. In my previous role as District Manager for Target, I actively supported the efficient operation of ten stores in the Atlantic Canada region, with particular attention to Loss Prevention and Health and Safety. Other previous positions include Project Manager, overseeing strategic technical issues for BlackBerry Enterprise products, and Department Sales Manager, supervising day-to-day operations of multi-million dollar departments for Future Shop/Best Buy Canada.
